TITLE: Software Developer
EMPLOYER: CGI Technologies and Solutions Inc.
DUTIES: CGI Technologies and Solutions Inc. has multiple openings for the position of Software Developer in Dallas, TX, and the job duties are as follows:
- Research, design, develop, and/or modify enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software.
- Evaluate interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system.
- Document testing and maintenance of system corrections.
- Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards.
LOCATION: Dallas, TX
REQUIREMENTS: Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting services industry.
Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
- Working with programming languages including C# or JavaScript; and
- Building applications with .NET, .NET MAUI, Windows Presentation Foundation, Silverlight, or MVVM.
Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
- Using Git with CI/CD pipelines to streamline development workflows;
- Automating software development and deployment using Jenkins or uDeploy;
- Working with Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe; and
- Developing SOAP-based web services for applications.
Telecommuting permitted up to 60% from assigned location.
