TITLE: Agile Scrum Master
EMPLOYER: CGI Technologies and Solutions Inc.
DUTIES: CGI Technologies and Solutions Inc. has multiple openings for the position of Agile Scrum Master in Dallas, TX, and the job duties are as follows:
- Work with Application Scrum team(s) to formulate solutions for complex problems related to systems design, software development, or data center operations.
- Assign tasks, provide coaching and technical review, and ensure the quality of the produced solutions.
- Provide operational oversight within program guidelines; work with project teams to support all aspects of project planning and execution of activities.
- Coordinate day-to-day work in the delivery of computer systems or sub-systems.
LOCATION: Dallas, TX
REQUIREMENTS: Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:
- Interfacing with project coordination to deliver product platform goals;
- Working with Agile;
- Facilitating Scrum process including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews and retrospectives;
- Planning, issue resolution, and monitoring development on technical projects and platforms; and
- SLA reporting and tracking progress against release plans.
Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
- Working in a Scrum Agile environment; and
- Working on Test Data and Planning, and Defect Management.
Telecommuting permitted up to 75% from assigned location.
