About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Safety Manager to oversee compliance and safety regulations for our logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in DOT regulations, FMCSA compliance, and fleet safety management.
Responsibilities:
✅ Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations
✅ Monitor and maintain driver qualification files
✅ Conduct safety training and accident prevention programs
✅ Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions
✅ Manage safety audits and risk assessments
✅ Ensure proper documentation and reporting
Requirements:
🔹 Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics safety management
🔹 Strong knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations
🔹 Ability to analyze safety data and trends
🔹 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
🔹 Experience with safety software and compliance platforms
