Director, Application Technology
Position Description

Director, Application Technology, PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Dallas, TX. Build, update, and manage projects/spaces within the tools leveraged for standardizing project management activities. Deliver significant impact with measurable results in project management technology standardized services, and provide continuous technical and functional support for the project management tools implemented. Work with practice groups and other team members to further standardize and automate services through the creation of new archetypes to extend the solutions to various practices within the firm and to optimize the repeatable activities performed within the tools. Set strategic vision and roadmap for the team, and manage the execution of the roadmap to realize that strategic vision. Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Support in establishing and maintaining client relationships and professional networks. Supervise and coach professional teams.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 7 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 5 years of related work experience.

Certification(s) required: PMP or Agile certification.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

ยท Oversee the configuration, implementation and management of Jira and Confluence configurations to effectively execute the day to day activities for the project management technical services team;
ยท Working with program and/or project management concepts and processes such as, issues & risks management, scope management, dependency management, project planning & execution, resource management, and/ or financial management;
ยท Analyze current technology and processes of clients and recommend robust, scalable and automated solutions using scaled Agile framework and agile scrum SDLC methodologies and digital tools like Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx and/or UI Path; and
ยท Use data warehousing and data analytics to create automated, custom built leadership level reporting eliciting portfolio metrics, program level risk metrics, deliverable metrics and quality metrics using JIRA JQL dashboards, Tableau, Alteryx, and/or Power BI.

80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.

Domestic and/or international travel up to 20% required.
