The Car Park is currently seeking a dynamic leader to fill the role of General Manager for the Louisville operation. This key position oversees all aspects of on-street, off-street, enforcement, and events parking management for the Parking Authority of River City (PARC). With responsibilities spanning from managing over 5,000 on-street parking spaces to supervising 14 parking garages and five surface lots totaling 11,000 spaces, the General Manager will play an important role in ensuring operational excellence, user efficiency and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include providing proactive leadership and mentorship to our dedicated team members, ensuring efficient daily operations, and fostering a culture of innovation and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client relationship management, revenue enhancements, and a commitment to delivering superior parking services.

Position Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of operational management experience. Experience in a senior leadership role within the parking, transportation, or related industry is a plus.
• Professional parking industry certifications is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully mentoring and developing team members.
