Foreman Metal Refinisher – 376

Full-Time Position
Job Description:
Join our team as a skilled and motivated Metal Refinisher! Bring your talent and craft to our expanding markets. As a refinisher, you’ll be using your expertise in buffing, stripping, sanding, masking, filling, spraying, oxidizing, and finishing techniques to restore surfaces to their best state.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience in Metal Refinishing
High school diploma preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
Current and valid driver’s license, with an insurable driving record
Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team (avg. crew size of 2-3)
Communicate effectively with the team to ensure productivity and project success
Ensure jobs meets the quality standards established (timeframe/ safety procedures included)
Ability to produce top quality restoration with attention to detail
Work nights (generally starts at 4pm)
Flexibility in schedule for adjusted start times, occasional days, or weekends
Occasion travel (in company van, with daily per diem allowance and individual hotel stay)
Working with solvents/chemicals, pneumatic, and power tools
Painter or spraying experience of any type
Heights and confined spaces
