Job Description
We are seeking a Field Agent - Free Phone/Tablet Program (ACP/Lifeline)Â to join our team!Â
Responsibilities:
Field Agents will set up and operate events at outdoor locations
Field Agents are expected to engage directly with members of the community, informing them about the ACP program and assisting with applications for service
Field Agents will be responsible for setting up and breaking sales stations for engagement with customers to provide product enrollments, answer questions, and provide support
All team members must also be able to fulfill all compliance requirements for the ACP program and maintain our customer-first, zero-tolerance, fraud prevention standards
Maintain security over all property which are tablets and phones
Support the sales Sale Manager in identifying other Field Agent candidates
Interact with customers in a way that generates an exceptional customer experience
Maintain knowledge and execution of compliance and quality expectations
Adhere to weekly schedule to ensure optimization of territory coverage
Provide feedback that supports the growth and improvement of sales, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets

Qualifications:
 Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to work with others
Strong communication skills, pleasant, fluid and persuasive
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, is extremely outgoing, and is passionate about the opportunity to make a positive impact on the environment
Ability to persevere through and overcome rejection and problem solve
Able to successfully use technology to perform job functions such as tablet, email, business software, and group chats
18 years or older
Must have reliable transportation to get to and from Retail locations and D2D territories
Prior sales experience within energy, credit card, or door-to-door sales are preferable
